Ligia C. Suarez enjoys writing under the pseudonym Saskia Juno. She studied journalism at the National University of San Marcos in Lima,Peru where she promoted the creation of a non-profit organization defending the emotional health rights of victims of abuse.
In the United States, she earned her Master's Degree in Education as a Guidance Counselor. She was trained as a Career Development Facilitator by The National Career Development Association (NCDA).
Ligia is a member of the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors, a division of the American Counseling Association (ACA). Also, she mentored and volunteered in mental health programs in the Miami Dade and Broward Counties in Florida.
She currently works for a leading educational services company, scoring English Language Arts examinations in public schools in the United States. In addition, she is editor for the El Latino Americano Publishing Corp. and writes about several topics as a freelance author.
